I just interviewed someone, they basically told me they wanted to be up away from their desk and interact with more people!

I wouldn't worry about your neighbours shop. It is better to take what you can get while you can get it.

nope, less lol.
Smart girl, great experience, wrong job for her. She won't be happy here. It sucks but sometimes you have to pick the person who's excited to be here.
I had 2 great applicants that I interviewed, both would excel in the job. The first one will actually still want this job after 6 months though.
